On 13/10/2011 PVRR has organized One Day Entrepreneurship Orientation Training Programme by Nation al small Scale Industries Corporation to our students in NSIC premises to encourage the budding entrepreneur, to have an idea about the Entrepreneurship or how to start any new business and what problems are faced to start the new business.
This programme was conducted by Mr. Dakshina Murthy, Trainer, NSIC Technical Services Centre which offered the insight into the self employment opportunities and develops the confidence to become self employed.

The Fresher's Day Celebrations of our picturesque College called "Aavishkaar redefining innovation” was celebrated with great pomp and gaiety. It was as usually celebrated on the 16th November in the presence of Mr. Srinath Reddy the guiding spirit of our college.

As part of academic curriculum it is compulsory part for all MBA students to conduct an industrial visit which was organized on 19/12/2011 to MS. The Hindu. This industrial visit provided an insight on how company work and also useful information related to the course which cannot be visualized in lectures. The students were exposed to the basic concept adopted by the company in Operations, Marketing, Human Resource and Finance.
The students got an opportunity to interact with their operation manager, Marketing manager, R & D Manager, HR and Finance Managers .The inquisitiveness of the students was quenched by the people engaged in the company. Most of the enthusiastic students interacted with the staff and enquired about their operation techniques, turnover, marketing and HR activities different problems faced by them in their respective departments. Few students also showed interest in their Logistics Working. Mr. Giri elucidated on different Modus operandi of news paper Market. He highlighted how the company markets its product. The students were happy & satisfied with the attention given to them.

On 21/11/2011 PVRR and reached another milestone by organizing another guest lecture to give an insight of the real MBA job market opportunities. We organized a splendid guest lecture by Mr. Srinivas, Director, Analog delivered on "Opportunities and Competencies for MBA'S IN Current Scenario" to the 1st & 2nd year MBA students on MBA job market opportunities. He gave an insight on the realistic side of MBA job market opportunities in the current business context. His active role in Analog, as director and 15 years of work experience enabled the students to understand the real scenario of the MBA job Market opportunities.
He explained the necessary skill which the student should possess to compete in the cut throat competiton in the MBA Job Market. The session was a highly interactive one in which the students had a number of questions to ask. At the end of the session the students were well aware of the real side of MBA job Market. The session was a highly informative and was taken well by the student as they found themselves flown away in the knowledge bank of the speaker. The lecture was followed by question and answer from the students. At the end of the session the students understood the real picture relating to Job opportunities in the MBA Market.

On 23/4/2012 –A Campus Placement Drive was conducted at our college campus, 3 companies visited our campus i.e CD Equi Search Pvt Ltd, Global Innov Sol Pvt Ltd, Axis Bank and total 6 college students were participated out of which 10 students of our college were got selected and 5 students were selected from other colleges
